of <h1>Pre-Companies Act 2013 Winding-Up Orders Unchanged; Appeals Go to Original Competent Authority Under Section 303.</h1> Section 303 of the Companies Act, 2013, states that any order made by a court in proceedings for the winding up of a company prior to the commencement of this Act remains unaffected in terms of operation or enforcement. Appeals against such pre-commencement orders must be filed with the authority that was competent to hear such appeals before the Act came into effect.
