Saving of existing liabilities preserves pre-registration debts and contractual obligations despite company registration under the Act. Registration of a company under this Part does not affect its rights or liabilities in respect of any debt, obligation, or contract incurred or entered into by, to, with, or on behalf of the company before registration, preserving enforceability of pre-registration obligations.
