          <h1>National Company Law Appellate Tribunal hears appeals against Tribunal and NFRA orders under company law.</h1> The Central Government may, by notification, constitute the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal with a chairperson and such Judicial and Technical Members as it deems fit. The Appellate Tribunal hears appeals against orders of the Tribunal and orders of the National Financial Reporting Authority under the Companies Act, 2013, and against directions, decisions or orders referred to in section 53A of the Competition Act, 2002, subject to that Act's provisions.
