        Issue of bonus shares: producer companies may capitalise general reserves to issue bonus shares after board recommendation and member resolution. A Producer Company may, upon recommendation of the Board and passing of a resolution in the general meeting, issue bonus shares by capitalisation of amounts from the general reserves in proportion to the shares held by Members on the date of issue.
