          <h1>Qualifications and service terms of Appellate Tribunal chairpersons and members now governed by reform Act provisions.</h1> Section 417A provides that qualifications, appointment, term of office, salaries and allowances, resignation, removal and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Tribunal appointed after commencement of the reform are governed by Chapter II of that reform legislation; a proviso preserves that those appointed before the earlier finance act provision remain governed by the Companies Act and its rules as if that finance act amendment had not come into force.
