These include a certified copy of the company's charter or constitution, translated into English if necessary, the company's principal office address, a list of directors and secretary, and details of authorized representatives in India. Additionally, the company must declare that its directors or representatives have no disqualifications and provide any other required information. Existing foreign companies must comply with these requirements if not previously fulfilled. Any changes to submitted documents must be reported within thirty days.
