<h1>Foreign companies must register documents with the Registrar within 30 days of starting business in India.</h1> Every foreign company must, within thirty days of establishing a business in India, submit specific documents to the Registrar for registration. These include a certified copy of the company's charter or constitution, translated into English if necessary, the company's principal office address, a list of directors and secretary, and details of authorized representatives in India. Additionally, the company must declare that its directors or representatives have no disqualifications and provide any other required information. Existing foreign companies must comply with these requirements if not previously fulfilled. Any changes to submitted documents must be reported within thirty days.
