          <h1>Bench composition requirement ensures a judicial and a technical member on appellate benches constituted by the Chairperson.</h1> Section 418A authorises the Chairperson to constitute Benches of the Appellate Tribunal to exercise its powers and requires each Bench to include a Judicial Member and a Technical Member; Benches shall ordinarily sit at New Delhi or other notified places, and the Central Government may, after consultation with the Chairperson, establish additional Benches to hear appeals arising under specified regulatory statutes.
