of <h1>Section 246 extends Sections 337-341 powers to Section 241 oppression and 245 class action cases</h1> Section 246 provides that the provisions of sections 337 to 341 apply, with necessary modifications, to any application before the Tribunal under sections 241 (oppression and mismanagement) or 245 (class actions). As a result, in such proceedings the Tribunal may examine fraudulent or wrongful conduct of officers, promoters or others involved in the company's affairs, impose personal liability for misfeasance, fraudulent trading, or concealment of property, and make appropriate orders, including contribution to the company's assets or compensation, as if the company were in winding up.
