of <h1>Producer Companies Can Donate Up To Three Percent Profits For Welfare, Strict Ban On Any Political Contributions</h1> A Producer Company may, by special resolution, donate or subscribe funds to any institution or individual to promote the social and economic welfare of its producer members, other producers, or the general public, or to promote mutual assistance principles. The total of such donations and subscriptions in a financial year is capped at three per cent of the company's net profit from the immediately preceding financial year. The provision expressly prohibits any direct or indirect contribution, subscription, or provision of facilities, including personnel or material, to any political party or for any political purpose to any person.
