Producer Company donations require special resolution, are capped against prior net profit, and political contributions are prohibited. A Producer Company may, by special resolution, donate or subscribe to institutions or individuals to promote social and economic welfare of producer members, producers or the public, or to promote mutual assistance principles, subject to an aggregate annual cap tied to the Producer Company's net profit in the immediately preceding financial year; direct or indirect contributions, subscriptions, or provision of facilities for political parties or political purposes are expressly prohibited.
