          <h1>Memorandum of Producer Company must state name, registered State, objects, subscribers, share capital, directors, and limited liability.</h1> Section 378F requires the memorandum of association of a Producer Company to state the company name ending with 'Producer Company Limited', the State of the registered office, main objects as specified for producer companies, subscribers' names and addresses, share capital and its division, subscribers' share numbers (minimum one share), names/addresses/occupations of subscribing producers who will be first directors, that members' liability is limited, and the States to which the objects extend if not confined to one State.
