Voluntary winding up: previously publication required within 14 days; default attracts up to 5000 daily fine. Section 307 was omitted and is no longer in force. Previously it required that, after passing a voluntary winding-up resolution and the related procedural resolution, a company must, within fourteen days, publish the resolution in the Official Gazette and in a newspaper circulating where the registered or principal office is situated; non-compliance rendered the company and officers in default liable to a daily fine for each day the default continued.
