Electronic maintenance of company records permits keeping, inspection, and copying in prescribed form under company law. Companies may maintain, permit inspection of, and provide copies of documents, records, registers and minutes in electronic form, subject to compliance with the prescribed form and manner and without prejudice to other statutory provisions.
