of <h1>National Company Law Tribunal Members Serve 5-Year Terms, Reappointment Possible; Age Limits Apply; Under 50 Ineligible for Appointment.</h1> The President and Members of the National Company Law Tribunal hold office for a five-year term, eligible for re-appointment for another five years. The President serves until age 67, while other Members serve until age 65. Appellate Tribunal Chairpersons and Members also serve five-year terms, with re-appointment possible. The Chairperson serves until age 70, and other Members until age 67. Individuals under 50 are ineligible for appointment. Members may retain a lien with their parent cadre or Ministry for up to one year while in office.
