of <h1>Section 84: Notify Company and Registrar Within 30 Days of Appointing or Ceasing a Receiver/Manager for Charged Property.</h1> Section 84 of the Companies Act, 2013, mandates that if a person obtains an order for the appointment of a receiver or manager for a company's property subject to a charge, or appoints such a person under any instrument, they must notify the company and the Registrar within thirty days. This notification must include a copy of the order or instrument. The Registrar will then register the particulars in the register of charges upon payment of the prescribed fees. Additionally, when the appointed person ceases their role, they must notify the company and the Registrar, who will then update the register accordingly.
