'Chairperson' refers to the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal. 'President' refers to the President of the Tribunal. 'Judicial Member' means a member appointed as such to the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal and includes the President or Chairperson, as applicable. 'Technical Member' means a member appointed as such to the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal. 'Member' includes both Judicial and Technical Members of the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal and also includes the President or Chairperson, as applicable.
