<h1>Official Liquidator Must Sell Company Assets Within 60 Days Under Section 362 of the Companies Act, 2013</h1> Section 362 of the Companies Act, 2013 mandates that the Official Liquidator must sell all company assets, both movable and immovable, within sixty days of their appointment. Within thirty days of appointment, the Liquidator must notify the company's debtors or contributories to pay the amounts owed within thirty days. If a debtor fails to comply, the Liquidator may apply to the Central Government for appropriate orders. Funds recovered are to be deposited following the guidelines of section 349.
