Sale of company assets: Official Liquidator must dispose assets and call debtors to pay; government may order recovery. The Official Liquidator must dispose of all movable and immovable company assets within sixty days and must, within thirty days of appointment, serve notice requiring debtors or contributories to deposit amounts payable within thirty days; if a debtor does not comply the Central Government may, on the Official Liquidator's application, pass orders to effect recovery and amounts recovered are to be deposited per the statutory deposit procedure.
