Section 365 requires the Official Liquidator, upon satisfaction that a company is finally wound up, to submit a final report to the Central Government or to both the Central Government and the Tribunal where a reference under section 364(4) was made; on receipt of that report the Central Government or the Central Government and Tribunal shall order dissolution, after which the Registrar must strike the company's name off the register and publish notification.
