Tribunal petitions and appeals must be decided within three months, with reasons required for any 90-day extension
Mandates that every application or petition before the Tribunal and every appeal before the Appellate Tribunal be handled and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, with an endeavour to conclude disposal within three months from the date of presentation or filing, as applicable. If disposal is not achieved within that period, the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal must record reasons for the delay, and the President or Chairperson may, after considering those reasons, extend the time for disposal by a further period not exceeding ninety days, thereby conditioning any extension on recorded justification and imposing a capped outer extension period.
