<h1>Civil Courts Can't Intervene in Tribunal Matters Under Section 430 of the Companies Act, 2013.</h1> Section 430 of the Companies Act, 2013, stipulates that civil courts do not have jurisdiction over matters that the National Company Law Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal is authorized to determine under this Act or any other prevailing law. Furthermore, no court or authority is permitted to issue injunctions regarding actions taken or to be taken by the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal under the powers conferred by this Act or other applicable laws.
