In case of inconsistency, this Chapter overrides those other provisions. However, where other statutes, laws, or instruments are not varied by, or are not inconsistent with, this Chapter, they continue to apply to Producer Companies. This establishes the Chapter as a special, overriding legal regime for Producer Companies.
