of <h1>Contributories Can Be Called to Pay Statutory Liability Anytime After Winding Up Order, Funding Debts, Costs, Adjustments</h1> Upon passing a winding up order, the Tribunal may at any time require contributories listed in the company's contributories list to pay amounts up to the extent of their statutory liability. Such calls may be made regardless of whether the Tribunal has already determined the sufficiency of the company's assets. The funds collected may be applied to satisfy the company's debts and liabilities, as well as the costs, charges, and expenses of the winding up process, and to adjust the rights among contributories themselves. The Tribunal may also issue enforceable orders directing payment of any calls so made.
