Persons may inspect electronic records and obtain Registrar-certified copies or extracts of documents filed under the Act on payment of prescribed fees; prospectus-related filings are inspectable only for fourteen days after prospectus publication except with Central Government permission; courts or Tribunals require prior leave to compel production of Registrar-held documents; Registrar-certified copies or extracts are admissible in legal proceedings as equal to the original without proving the official's position.
