of <h1>Online public access to company registration documents and prospectus filings, with time limits, fees, and restricted production rules.</h1> Any person may, subject to the Act, electronically inspect documents kept by the Registrar that are filed, registered, or recorded under the Act upon payment of prescribed fees, and may obtain a certificate of incorporation or certified copies or extracts of other documents on advance payment of prescribed fees. Access to documents delivered with a prospectus is limited to the 14 days from publication, and thereafter requires Central Government permission; similar limits apply to certain prospectus-related documents delivered under the Act. No court or tribunal may compel production of documents kept by the Registrar without granting leave, and any such process must state that leave was given. Certified copies or extracts issued by the Registrar are admissible in evidence as equivalent to originals.
