of <h1>New Rule 10 Sub-rule: Submit Extra Info with Form GNL-4 for E-Filings Under Companies Act 2013</h1> The Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2015, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, amends the 2014 rules under the Companies Act, 2013. The amendment introduces a new sub-rule in rule 10, requiring any additional information or documents related to applications, e-forms, or documents filed electronically with the Ministry to be submitted using Form No. GNL-4 as an addendum. Additionally, Form No. GNL-4 is added to the Annexure following Form No. GNL-3. This notification was published in the Gazette of India on February 24, 2015.
