Registrar examines electronic company filings; defects trigger notice, fixed rectification periods and possible invalidation requiring refiling with fees. Registrar examines every electronic application, e Form or document for approval, registration, record taking or rectification and must decide within thirty days except where higher authority approval is needed. If filings are defective or require further information, the Registrar will notify the filer by the last intimated e mail or by post and allow fifteen days to furnish information, rectify defects or re submit (with a special fifteen day rule for RUN name reservations). Failure to comply permits rejection or treatment as invalid; invalid documents must be refiled with applicable fees.
