of <h1>Registrar Must Review e-Filed Documents in 30 Days; Defects Notified via Email; Rectify in 15 Days or Face Rejection.</h1> The Registrar must examine all electronically filed applications, e-Forms, or documents for approval, registration, or rectification within thirty days, unless further approval is needed. If defects or incompleteness are found, the Registrar will notify the filer via email or post, allowing fifteen days for rectification. Failure to correct issues results in rejection or invalidation of the document. Invalid documents can only be rectified through fresh filing with applicable fees. The Registrar may also review documents filed under the Straight Through Process at any time and require re-filing if defects are found. Additional information must be submitted using Form No. GNL-4.
