Inspection rights restricted: no entitlement to inspect or obtain copies of certain company resolutions under amended registration rules. The proviso to rule fifteen provides that no person shall be entitled under the inspection provision of the Act to inspect or obtain copies of resolutions referred to in clause (g) of sub section (3) of section 117, thereby excluding those resolutions from statutory inspection and copying rights.
