Inspection of company documents: right to inspect and obtain certified copies from the Registrar subject to fees and specified exclusions. Rule 15 permits any person to inspect documents kept by the Registrar, including documents filed or registered and records of facts required or authorised to be recorded, upon payment of the prescribed fee, and to require certified certificates, copies or extracts (including a certificate of incorporation) from the Registrar for a fee; however, it excludes entitlement to inspect or obtain copies of certain resolutions as specified by the proviso.
