The Registrar has nationwide jurisdiction to examine specified filings (including MGT 14, SH 7, INC 24, INC 6, INC 27, INC 20, DPT 3, MSC 1, MSC 4, SH 8, SH 9, SH 11), and multiple filings submitted together will be examined and decided by that Registrar. Nothing in this rule confers territorial powers under section 399, which remain with territorial registrars.
