Central Processing Center registrars examine specified company filings nationwide and must decide within thirty days. The Central Processing Center Registrar shall examine every application, e Form or document filed for approval, registration or record and decide within thirty days except where higher authority approval is required; procedures of rule 10 apply mutatis mutandis. The Registrar has nationwide jurisdiction to examine specified filings (including MGT 14, SH 7, INC 24, INC 6, INC 27, INC 20, DPT 3, MSC 1, MSC 4, SH 8, SH 9, SH 11), and multiple filings submitted together will be examined and decided by that Registrar. Nothing in this rule confers territorial powers under section 399, which remain with territorial registrars.
