Companies filing fees require payment for document registration and use of GNL forms with applicable fees per purpose. All documents, facts or information required or authorized to be registered under the Act must be submitted, filed, registered or recorded only upon payment of the prescribed fee or any additional fee listed in the Rules' annexed Table. Where no e form is prescribed, filings must be made through Form GNL.1 or GNL.2 with the applicable fee, and a single form used for multiple purposes requires payment of the fee for each purpose; information under sub clause (60) of section 2 must be filed via Form GNL.3 with the applicable fee.
