Tribunal jurisdiction covers all company suits, claims and winding-up questions, including priorities and asset issues regardless of timing. Tribunal jurisdiction extends to entertain or dispose of any suit, proceeding or claim by or against a company, including claims involving its branches in India, and applications under the statutory restructuring framework. The Tribunal may determine any question of priorities or any other question of law or fact arising in relation to winding up, including matters relating to assets, rights, entitlements and obligations, regardless of whether such matters arose or were instituted before or after the order for winding up.
