This amendment, effective from March 28, 2020, involves the inclusion of the 'Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund (PM CARES Fund)' alongside the 'Prime Minister's National Relief Fund' in item (viii) of Schedule VII. The amendment was made under the authority of section 467 of the Companies Act, 2013. Schedule VII has been subject to multiple amendments since its initial enforcement on April 1, 2014.
