Every limited liability partnership must use the prescribed annexed forms and specify its Limited Liability Partnership Identification Number (LLPIN). Specified forms - including RUN-LLP, FiLLiP, Form 5, Form 17 and Form 18 - shall be processed by the Registrar, Central Registration Centre (CRC) for and on behalf of the jurisdictional Registrar; CRC is defined by reference to the Companies Act notification.
