of <h1>LLPs Must Maintain Updated Partner Register Using Form 4A as per 2023 Rules; Changes Recorded Within Seven Days.</h1> Every limited liability partnership (LLP) must maintain a register of partners from its incorporation date, using Form 4A, stored at the registered office. Existing LLPs as of the Limited Liability Partnership (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023, must update this register within thirty days. The register includes each partner's name, address, email, identification numbers, family details, occupation, nationality, nominee information, partnership dates, contribution details, and other interests. Changes in partner details or contributions must be recorded within seven days. Any rectifications following legal orders must be noted with references and reasons documented in writing.
