<h1>Appeal Against LLP Officer's Order: File Within 60 Days Using Form 33, Fees Apply, Late Submissions Allowed</h1> Rule 37B of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 allows for an appeal against an adjudicating officer's order to be filed with the Regional Director within sixty days of receiving the order. The appeal must be in writing, using Form No 33 - LLP ADJ, and include a certified copy of the order. The Regional Director may accept late appeals within an additional thirty days if justified by sufficient cause. Appeals require a fee of one thousand rupees for Small LLPs and two thousand five hundred rupees for others. Authorization documentation is needed if represented by an authorized representative. Appeals cannot request relief from multiple orders unless consequential.
