Appeals from adjudicating officer orders must be filed in writing to the Regional Director in Form No. 33 - LLP ADJ with grounds and a certified copy of the order; filing is within sixty days of receipt, subject to discretionary condonation of up to thirty additional days for sufficient cause. Authorisation and consent are required for authorised representatives, appeals cannot challenge multiple orders except for consequential reliefs, and the appeal must include the prescribed fee based on the LLP's classification.
