        Conversion to limited liability partnership: prescribed Form 18 application and Form 19 registration certificate required upon conversion. Conversion to an LLP requires filing the application in Part A of Form 18 with the shareholders' statement in Part B of Form 18 and payment of the fee in Annexure A to meet Third Schedule requirements; on conversion the Registrar must issue a certificate of registration under seal in Form 19, replacing the earlier Form 14 notification mechanism.
