of <h1>Conversion from Private Company to LLP via Rule 39: Submit Form 18, Get Certificate in Form 19.</h1> Rule 39 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, outlines the procedure for converting a private company into a limited liability partnership (LLP). An application must be submitted using Part A of Form 18, accompanied by a statement of shareholders in Part B of Form 18 and the required fee. Upon conversion, the Registrar will issue a certificate of registration in Form 19. A previous requirement for notifying the Registrar of Companies about the conversion in Form 14 has been removed as of October 19, 2015.
