of <h1>Rule 33: Notify Registrar of Firms within 15 days of firm converting to LLP using Form 14.</h1> Rule 33 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, mandates that when a firm is converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), an intimation of this conversion must be submitted to the Registrar of Firms using Form 14 within fifteen days from the registration date of the LLP. This rule was amended in October 2015 to specify the requirement for firms, as opposed to previously including private and unlisted public companies, which also had to notify the respective Registrar of Companies.
