Authentication of inspector's report permitted by LLP common seal or by public officer certificate under Evidence Act. Rule 31 prescribes that a copy of an inspector's report, for the purposes of section 54, must be authenticated either by the common seal of the limited liability partnership investigated or by a certificate of a public officer having custody of the report issued under the applicable evidence law.
