<h1>Inspector's Report on LLPs Needs Authentication via Common Seal or Public Officer Certificate as per Section 54.</h1> For the purposes of section 54, the report of an inspector investigating a limited liability partnership (LLP) must be authenticated. This authentication can be done either by the common seal of the LLP or by a certificate from a public officer who has custody of the report. The certification by the public officer must comply with section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
