<h1>LLPs Must Submit Form 12 for Additional Document Service Address with Partners' Consent and Pay Required Fee Within 30 Days.</h1> A limited liability partnership (LLP) must provide an address for service of documents within the jurisdiction of its registered office, including a postal code and email address. The LLP may designate an additional address for document service as per its agreement, or with all partners' consent if not specified in the agreement. Notification of this additional address must be submitted to the Registrar using Form 12 within thirty days, along with the required fee. The effective date for document service at this new address cannot precede the filing date of the notification.
