<h1>Address for service of documents: LLPs must furnish a jurisdictional service address with postal code and email and register changes.</h1> An LLP must provide an address for service of documents within the Registrar's jurisdiction including postal code and e-mail. The LLP may declare an additional address for service per its partnership agreement, or, if the agreement is silent, with the consent of all partners. Any other address for service must be notified to the Registrar in the prescribed form within thirty days and filed with the required fee; service at the declared address is not effective before the date of that filing.
