          <h1>Conversion to Limited Liability Partnership: Registrar issues Certificate of Registration; refusal permits appeal to Tribunal within prescribed period.</h1> The Registrar shall issue a Certificate of Registration in Form 19 upon conversion of a firm, private company or unlisted public company into an LLP; if the Registrar refuses registration the applicant may apply to the Tribunal within the prescribed period, and until the Tribunal is constituted the application may be made to the Company Law Board.
