<h1>Appeal Process for LLP Conversion: File with Company Law Board if Registrar Refuses Certificate of Registration (Form 19)</h1> Upon conversion of a firm, private company, or unlisted public company into a limited liability partnership (LLP), the Registrar will issue a Certificate of Registration in Form 19. If the Registrar refuses registration, the applicant can appeal to the Tribunal within sixty days of receiving the refusal notice. Until the Tribunal is established under the Companies Act, 1956, applications can be made to the Company Law Board.
