Electronic transmission covers facsimile or electronic mail to addresses or numbers provided by the recipient, posting on a designated electronic message board effective upon posting, and other electronic means where reasonable measures verify the sender and the transmission creates a record capable of retention, retrieval and review and renderable into legible tangible form. Courier service requires proof of delivery.
