LLPs must change names per directive or face automatic renaming; compliance noted under section 21, unless updated.
If a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) does not comply with a directive to change its name within three months, the name will automatically change to include 'ORDNC,' the year of the directive, a serial number, and the existing LLPIN. The Registrar will update the register and issue a new certificate. This does not apply if an e-form LLP Form No-5 is pending. LLPs with changed names must comply with section 21 and note 'Order of Regional Director Not Complied' on official documents, unless the name is later changed per section 19.
