of <h1>Designated partners must file consent via Form 4 or Form FiLLip per LLP Act, 2009, Section 7(4).</h1> For the purposes of section 7(4) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2009, an individual consenting to act as a designated partner must file their particulars using Form 4, accompanied by the fee specified in Annexure A. In cases of incorporation, the consent must be filed using Form FiLLip, also with the corresponding fee as outlined in Annexure A. These requirements were updated through notifications in 2012 and 2018, which introduced and substituted specific forms for the filing process.
