Partners must notify the LLP of changes in their name or address using Form 6. When a person becomes or ceases to be a partner, or if there is a change in a partner's name or address, the LLP must file Form 4 with the Registrar. This form must include a statement of consent from any new partner and be verified by a professional accountant or company secretary. The applicable fees are detailed in Annexure 'A'.
