of <h1>Amendments to LLP Rules: Notify Registrar within 15 Days of Conversion, Updates to Forms 2, 4, 16, 19, 30.</h1> The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2015, effective from October 19, 2015, amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009. Key changes include the substitution of Rule 33, requiring firms converted into LLPs to notify the Registrar of Firms within fifteen days using Form 14. Sub-rules in Rules 39 and 40 are omitted. Changes to forms include updates to Form 2, Form 4, Form 16, Form 19, and Form 30, such as the insertion of the National Emblem and renumbering of entries. These amendments are issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
