          <h1>Company name removal applications require Form STK-2, supporting financials, indemnity bond and regulator NOC where applicable.</h1> Applications for removal of a company's name must be made in Form STK-2 with fee to the Registrar, Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit; companies must have filed overdue financial statements and annual returns up to the end of the financial year in which they ceased operations and cannot file after the Registrar has initiated statutory action and issued notice. Regulated companies require a no objection certificate; applications must include a notarised indemnity bond (Forms STK-3 or STK-3A as applicable), a Form STK-8 statement of accounts certified by a Chartered Accountant dated within thirty days, Form STK-4 affidavits by directors, and a statement of pending litigations. The Registrar may require defect cure within specified 15 day periods and treat uncured forms as invalid.
