Applications or forms pending before Central Government must, once required documents are submitted, be disposed under prior Companies Act rules. Pending striking-off applications or Form-FTE filings made before these Rules commenced that were not disposed for want of information or documents shall, upon submission to the satisfaction of the authority, be disposed of under the rules made under the Companies Act, 1956.
