of <h1>Registrar Must Publish Notice for Company Dissolution Under Section 248, Using Form STK 7, in Official Gazette.</h1> The Registrar is required to issue a notice under subsection (5) of section 248 for striking off a company's name from the register and its subsequent dissolution. This notice must be published in the Official Gazette using Form STK 7 and also made available on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' official website. This procedure is part of the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016.
