<h1>Chairperson must report meeting outcomes, including creditor details and votes, within set timeframe per Rule 78, Company Court Rules.</h1> The Chairman of a meeting, or of separate meetings, must report the meeting's outcome to the Court within the timeframe set by the Judge, or within seven days if no time is specified. This report must accurately detail the number and class of creditors or members present and voting, whether in person or by proxy, including their individual values and voting choices. The report should be submitted in Form No. 39, as specified under Rule 78 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, within the framework of the Companies Law.
