Meeting report requirement: chairman must file meeting results promptly, detailing attendees, votes, values and proxies. The chairman must report the result of the meeting to the Court within the time fixed by the Judge or, if none, within seven days after conclusion, stating accurately the number of creditors or members or classes present and who voted, whether in person or by proxy, the individual values of voters and the way they voted, and submit the report in the prescribed form.
