Proof of debt: creditors must attend, produce evidence, and serve affidavits on the Official Liquidator before adjudication. Creditors are required to come in and prove debts by attending Court in person or by advocate, producing evidence, and serving any affidavit in support of their claim on the Official Liquidator not later than two days before the date fixed for adjudication; only amounts in excess of any sum previously allowed by the Court need be proved.
