Sealing of court documents requires all petitions, applications, affidavits and processes to be sealed upon filing. All petitions, applications and affidavits filed in company court matters must be sealed on filing; the obligation also applies to orders, summonses, warrants and all other processes (including court-issued notices) and to certified copies of proceedings under the Company Court Rules, 1959.
