Court power to enlarge or abridge time under company court rules, including applications made after expiry. The Court may, where it considers fit, enlarge or abridge time fixed by the Company Court Rules, 1959 or by court order for doing any act or taking any proceeding. The variation may be made on terms required by the justice of the case, and enlargement may be ordered even when the application is made after expiry of the period.
